Current mood: Feeling erratic

Heads up!: Description of minor pet injury

Alright, as I predicted... I knew for certain that I wasn't actually gonna write consistently in here and IM SORRRYYY but I'm just a girl :c

I wish I could say I've been having the greatest most dolphin filled events occuring these past couple of days but I'd be lying straight to your face. Fortunantly however nothing horribly wrong has happened either. Well, besides the fact that our pet Shi Tzu has this lump growing on her lower eyelid, and we dont know what it is.

It doesn't seem cancerous or dangerous, as it hasnt grown and doesn't feel stiff or hard. It doesn't seem to cause her pain when touched either.

I scurried through the web to see if it was anything life threatening, but none of the images that showed other bumps and welts looked like the lump that our doggie, Yuki, has.

Its been on her for about 2 weeks. The great thing is that it hasn't gotten any bigger. I've noticed that it has some red splotching and the skin feels flakey on the top of the bump so..

We decided that if it doesn't get any better within the next week then we'll take her to the vet. I know we should ideally take her to the vet now, but we don't have the funds to take her right now, it would put a dent in the wallet if they told us it was the dog equivelent of a pimple ;-; but then agian, we don't want to lose our Yuki either to some crazy incurable illness.

Yuki seems as happy and playful as usual though, so we're really happy to see that! I'm sure she'll be fine. This dog is a tough one. Never whines or cries. Only growls. She's one tough girl.
